enlargement of Rose Aeroplane Logo as painted on NC14882 using the "American" spelling of Parrakeet with one "R". Jack Rose was very adamant that the only correct spelling for the Rose
Parrakeet was with two "Rs".
email from Don Staats, 11/19/08 - Don, N149892 is now owned and flown by Allen T. Johnson who lives in The Woodlands, TX, a community near Houston. Allen has
been a friend of mine for several years and has long been a Parrakeet enthusiast. He was very pleased and excited to see my bird when I flew in to San Geronimo Airpark near San Antonio and vowed to get
one for himself. Well he did! I have Allen as a Cc addressee to this email and hope the two of you can get together to include his story and maybe some new pictures on your wonderful web site.
